Is marriage becoming less popular in Japan?

I chose two topics.
`Is marriage becoming less popular in Japan?'and 'What countries have the highest quality of life?

1. Is marriage becoming less popular in Japan?
my opinion
I do not think that marriage becoming less popular in Japan.
The reason is that the whole population of Japan decreasing recently,so I think that marriage decreasing because of it.

2.What countries have the highest quality of life?
my opinion
I think that Norway is the best.
I have a friend from Norway and I heard that students don`t need to pay for education in Norway.

    Norway is nice! I also heard people don't have to pay for education and medical treatment in Sweden.
